Hardware Repair
Hardware repair is needed when the equipment has faults in a physical component and when such component needs to be replaced. The most common forms may be:

- Motherboard or core replacement.
- Fault in any of the fans.
- Fault in any of the external cards, such as: video, sound, network, etc.

Reinstallation of programs
At times a bad installation or a bad update makes our equipment unable to function correctly. In these cases, it is necessary a complete reinstallation of the program presenting problems. The license of the program is sold separately.

Detection and elimination of viruses. In case there is further damage, to format the equipment is recommended. An antivirus is optional.

Equipment Formatting
Equipment formatting happens when serious damage to the equipment takes place and it is recommended to reset the system. Reinstallation of the entire operating system is done including additional software.
